Welcome to Nasim Web Pro (accessible from https://www.nasimwebpro.com). By accessing our website and purchasing or utilizing our web development, design, or digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Nasim Web Pro provides premium web development, custom WordPress solutions, creative design, and digital asset management. Each project will have a defined scope of work agreed upon prior to project initiation via email, message, or formal proposal.

2. Payments, Invoices, and Deadlines

  • Payment Milestone: Clients agree to adhere to the payment structure outlined in the project proposal (e.g., advance payment, milestone payments, and final payment).
  • Invoice Due Dates: All invoices sent by Nasim Web Pro must be cleared within the specified deadline mentioned in the invoice or communication.
  • Strict Deadlines: Payment deadlines are firm. Failure to clear balances on time may result in service disruption.

3. Late Payment and Right to Restrict/Delete Work

We take our commitment to deadlines and quality seriously, and we expect the same regarding payments.

  • Right to Halt/Suspend: If a client fails to clear an outstanding invoice by the designated deadline, Nasim Web Pro reserves the absolute right to temporarily suspend services, restrict access to the development site, or pause ongoing work.
  • Right to Modify or Delete: In the event of prolonged non-payment or a direct breach of the agreed deadline, Nasim Web Pro retains the legal and technical authority to edit, restrict, or entirely delete the files, code, and content developed by us from the client’s website/server.
  • Liability: Nasim Web Pro will not be held responsible for any data loss, downtime, or business interruption resulting from service suspension or deletion due to non-payment.

4. Client Cooperation and Access

For web development projects, the client must provide timely access to necessary hosting servers, cPanel, WordPress admin dashboards, and required content (images, text, logos). Delays in providing this information will result in a corresponding extension of the project completion deadline.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

  • Included Revisions: Each project includes a specific number of revisions as stated in the initial agreement.
  • Out of Scope: Any additional features, pages, or major design overhauls requested after the project scope has been locked will be treated as a separate task and invoiced additionally.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Ownership Transfer: Full intellectual property rights, source code ownership, and design assets will be officially transferred to the client only after full and final payment has been successfully processed.
  • Portfolio Rights: Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed, Nasim Web Pro retains the right to display the completed project in our professional portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement if the other party breaches these terms. If the client terminates the contract midway through a project, any advance payments made are non-refundable, and the client must pay for the work completed up to that date.

8. Amendments to Terms

Nasim Web Pro reserves the right to update or modify this Service Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
